That must have been a powerful experience! Watch this meteor illuminating the sky over Puebla, Morelos, the entire state of Mexico as well as Mexico City on December 8, 2018:

It seems that the cameras monitoring the Popocatepetl Volcano also recorded the passing bolide.

This brilliant fireball ist most probably associated to the Geminid Meteor shower that will peak on December 13-14, 2018.
